2014, leading to expansion

hardware and launched its new
DeWall timber bi-folding door
system in 2014, saw record
growth last year to be well on
target to double annual sales
turnover.

Graham Fawthrop, managing
director of Debar commented:
“We experienced unprecedented
growth last year, from a
combination of the introduction
of new products, expansion into
the US and European markets
and a buoyant UK market.
“By the end of 2014/2015’s
financial year, we are on target
for our sales turnover to hit £2.4
million, an increase of 110%

from the same time last year.”
Graham adds.
To help support the increase
in sales growth, Debar
expanded its distribution and
manufacturing at the end of
2014, taking on new premises
which neighbour its current
premises, to house an increase in
components and production of
the company’s products.
Debar also saw experienced
hardware sales manager; Mike
Moulds join the company to
support and oversee Debar’s
southern customer base at
the back end of 2014. In
additional three new starters are
planned for 2015 to strengthen
technical, sales and production,
whilst also investing in purpose
built machines to increase
capacity.
