REHAU WINDOWS AND DOORS supplied and installed by Cambridgeshire based Homelink Direct are set to feature in an episode of the forthcoming series of BBC2 ’ s The House that £ 100K Built .
Eight windows and two doors in REHAU TOTAL70C in a Golden Oak finish have been fitted in a self-build property being built by a young couple in the village of Manea , with help and advice from the programme ’ s resident architect Piers Taylor .
The windows were installed under the watch of the cameras in just one day , with Homelink successfully demonstrating that buyers don ’ t need to sacrifice either quality or service to achieve good value .
Homelink won the order after the self-builders approached three local companies for quotes and advice . The homeowner Neil Bates was delighted with his choice , saying : “ Homelink did a tremendous job on our windows and doors , from start to finish it was easy and very straightforward . They advised on colours , styles and even safety elements . We visited them over a year before we needed our windows and doors without knowing when we would be ready for them to go in but months later we contacted them again and , right on cue , they produced a copy of our original quote .
“ Within a couple of weeks , we had the windows and doors made to measure and , within a single day , they were in place in the building . The staff were very friendly and easy to chat to and knew their jobs inside out offering hints and tips on how to get the best from their product . They even honoured our original quote too .
