PATIO HANDLE OBTAINS
KITEMARK ACCREDITATION
»»Mila has launched a
Kitemarked, high security patio
handle suitable for use with
PVC-U, composite and timber
doors. The new patio handle has

been successfully tested to TS007:
2012 and has achieved BSI’s
two star Kitemark accreditation,
as well as Secured by Design
approval.
With a choice of six suited
colours, the patio handle
incorporates many of the
innovative design and security
features which helped make
Mila’s ProSecure door handle a
success. This includes its patented
FlexSecure® technology and an

integrated cylinder guard.
The new handle has a deepdrawn steel subframe which
provides the reinforcement
required inside the zinc alloy.
It features a universal D-lever
and two spindles to ensure easy
fixing on all common door
thicknesses.

luxury private property.
Working on a private home
in Wiltshire Beehive Joinery
required a high security window
hinge system that would not
impact on the overall aesthetics.

The restrictors on the Parellel
Plus hinges give a secure stop
