1. AN OVERVIEW 2. SMARTTOUCH COMFORT
SmartSecure from Carl F Groupco, offers access control
for applications, rangingfrom residential and self build to
commercial/communal entrances. Solutions include a fingerprint
scanner, keypad, the app based SmartConnect easy and the
pioneering transponder based SmartTouch comfort. SmartTouch comfort is a pioneering technology which, using
an active transponder within range, allows entry by simply
touching a sensor. The user walks up to the door carrying the
transponder Movement of which triggers activation allowing
entry by touching the sensor, eliminating searching for keys.
3. RADIO KEYPAD 4. SMARTCONNECT EASY
The radio keypad eliminates the need to distribute multiple keys and is
helpful for various applications, including households where occupants -
including children - are prone to losing keys and fobs. In this frame of the
video, a child approaches the house and simply types the user-defined
4-8 digit code into the keypad and the door unlocks electronically. The video also explores SmartConnect easy which, with a user-friendly
app using SSL encryption, allows users to unlock doors using their
smart device. By tapping the button on screen the FUHR multitronic
881 door lock will unlock. The user does not need to be at the front
door for it to open, making it a great solution for disabled people.

THE HEART OF SMARTSECURE
The fingerprint scanner, like the keypad, eliminates the need to carry
keys. With a sturdy thermal line sensor, the scanner is resistant to
environmental influences including dirt, oil and inclement weather.
The ergonomic shape and illuminated surface enables precise finger
identification enabling access to be granted for up to 200 users. While Carl F Groupco’s range of SmartSecure access control options
allow the user to electronically unlock the door, it is the FUHR
mulitronic 881 that locks the door. When the door is closed, all locking
points, including the deadbolt, lock automatically driven by a dual motor
to engage and secure the door within three seconds of closing.
