Rob joins Synseal from the Whittan Group, the UK’s largest manufacturer of steel storage products, where he spent 18 months as Operations Manager consolidating the footprint of a £110m turnover part of its business. Before this, Rob spent six years at Eurocell as General Manager having forged his career in the building materials industry, spending five years in change management and operational management at Tarmac. Rob will oversee Synseal’s vast extrusion operations, as well as production of their conservatory roof products and fabricated WarmCore and Evolve ranges. He joins recently appointed Chief Operating Officer Mark Timmons as part of a new team dedicated to updating the group’s manufacturing processes to support the continued growth of products like the WarmCore aluminium range, which now includes onsite production of the inline patio door.
