»»FIT Show 2016 will see Kombimatec debut
its new AMC308 CNC Machining Centre
for working extruded aluminium and PVCu
profiles for a variety of applications such as
window and door systems, conservatories,
partitioning and curtain walling.
With the potential to radically improve the
efficiency of window and door fabrication
by automating traditionally labour intensive
tasks, Kombimatec’s AMC308 provides
greater accuracy and finished quality.
Easy to operate with its colour touch
screen control and graphic interface and,
once the automatic cycle is initiated, it
completes the job on its own, leaving the
operator free to complete other tasks.

Its three-axis CNC control gives superb
accuracy and the intelligent tool change
feature automatically makes allowances
if the tool cutter is changed to a different
specification. It has four adjustable
pneumatic clamps, electronic variable
speed control up to 12,000rpm, 2,550mm
longitudinal stroke, 180mm lateral and
140/90mm depth.

Technical Director at Kombimatec.
Fabricators visiting the FIT Show will also
be able to see the ever popular 1HD Variable
angle and twin reverse butt welder, MGS460
versatile up stroke mitre saw and improved
1HDX cross welder.

The 1HD achieves excellent welding
results by welding to an extremely tight bead.
By using special knives and the higher rated
power of the final welding pressures the 1HD
is capable of producing a finish that virtually
removes the need for grooving or polishing,
even when welding ‘T’ and ‘Z’ transoms
the bevel or sculptured areas are very neat
indeed.
The MGS460 up stroke variable angle
mitre saw comes with a large cutting
capacity and has been cleverly designed with
safety in mind. It can be fitted with a max
400mm diameter saw blade and adjustable
rear fence adding even greater capacity, and
it comes with a fully interlocking guard and
two button safety start.
