Clearly quality is of paramount importance and to achieve this, the Company has a team of highly skilled individuals that are either NVQ trained or are working towards an NVQ. Many of its fabricators have been in-house trained and are highly skilled technicians that understand the concept of quality. Offering high-quality, safe products can often increase the price but as part of its desire to build long-term strategic relationships and alliances, Alchemy strives to provide the correct product for the correct application. And when there is a new product that a customer is unfamiliar with, they can attend the free in-house training as part of their customer package, which is particularly important with fire rated products.
