Right on cue with sponsorship
for local snooker club
The Rugby-based Network VEKA
member were sponsors of the
local ‘Rugby Double Glazing
Premier Snooker League’, which
is backed and endorsed by Mark
Pawsey MP.
Director Simon Wade, who
attended the nail-biting end of
season final to present winner Andy
Brough with the prize explains:
“The local snooker club was set up
to assist people in the Rugby area
with learning difficulties, helping

teach basic skills such as maths,
English and communication,
whilst playing snooker in a relaxed
environment.
“The club, which meets weekly at
a local sports bar, is a great success
in our local area and offers a great
support for those that need it; we
are thrilled to help in any way we
can.”
Having sourced an Steve Davis
autographed snooker cue from
Network VEKA, which was

auctioned off to raise funds for the
club, the installer company also
supplied trophies for the winners
and an impressive monetary prize
for the winner.
Simon added: “We’ve been
a member of Network VEKA
since 2011, and it has made a big
difference to us and our customers,
so we are really pleased to have been
able to work with them to provide
prizes for the local club.”

LAUNCH OF FIRST LEGAL COMPARISON
SITE FOR BUSINESSES
A new legal comparison site that connects businesses with lawyers has
been launched.
LawyerFair matches businesses in need of legal advice with pre-screened
and market reviewed lawyers. There is no cost to use the service.
It’s the first comparison site in the UK dedicated to SMEs, providing
choice, quality and complete transparency.
Businesses post their legal requirement online and within 24 hours,
receive up to three fee proposals from pre-approved lawyers, all of whom
who have signed up to the LawyerFair customer care charter. Users can
check reviews on each lawyer left by previous users.
LawyerFair was created by an experienced management team of lawyers
and owner managers, all of whom with vast experience of providing and
procuring legal services for SMEs.
