Newbie of the year: @Clean-Team. Grant takes this one for sure. When faced with a
financial hardship in life Grant has managed to take what little he had to start his business.
Being limited not only in equipment but having limited eyesight Grant has proven over and
over again that if you will put your heart into the business you can succeed! Grant is living
proof that it’s the operator, not the equipment, that gets the carpet clean.
Most Improved Member: @john gerding . John came on TMF this year a ball of fire for
sure. John has gone from really pissing everyone off with his “I’m so much better than you”:D
