Michael Evert - I would try OSR and let it
set on there for about 30 minutes and water
claw it and see what happens.

uph. Shampoo. You whip it up in a bucket and
work up a foam. Then skim the foam up with
a brush apply it, scrip the again. Then extract.
Might work. Someone else may have a better
idea.
