In between sessions, we’ve brought
back the Shipper Exchange tables
that will be in the sold-out Exhibit
Hall. There will be signs on the table
of where the company representative
will be. If you see a busy table, circle
around and come to them a little
later or leave your business card with
a note on it as there will be more
than one session.
On Thursday afternoon we’ve also
brought back the popular Shipper
and Vertical Round Tables. This is
where carriers will be able to pick
a table that will have both a ship-
per and a carrier moderator that
represent a particular vertical; be it
Pharma, White Glove or E-commerce.
This 1.5 hour block will be broken up
so you can visit with more than one
vertical!
While we continue to promote and
push out the most relevant and avail-
able educational content to you after

the Annual Meeting, mark your cal-
endars for two dates. The first being
October 24th – 26th in Washington,
D.C.!
We’ll be combining the Fall Forum
with the annual Lobby Day for a
unique event. Where this would typi-
cally be two separate events, mem-
bers like you will be able to kill two
birds with one stone all while being
on Capitol Hill at the beautiful Liaison
Hotel. Registration will open after
Memorial Day weekend.
The next Annual Meeting and
Exhibition will be returning to the
Crescent City of New Orleans, May
9th -12th, 2018!
The Hyatt Regency is next door to the
Super Dome, surrounded by wonder-
ful restaurants and a 5 minute trolley
ride from the French Quarter.
