looting the people. They are
waging ruthless attacks on people
by enacting all anti-people and
draconian laws. Education and
health care are being privatised
and denied to the common people.

On First May, 2018, the CPI
(ML) and Sangrami W orkers
Organisation and other mass
organisations organised rallies and
meetings in various blocks of
Rohtas district like Sasaram, Tihri,
Rajpur, Khargahar, ect. At some
places, there were joint rallies and
meetings of workers. The speakers
explained the history and
significance of May Day. They
pointed out the present state of
working class movement in India.
They also pointed out about the
need of preparing the workers for
more organised and determined
struggles to defend the worker’s
rights from the growing onslaught
of capitalists and the rulers in India
and the world.

On May 25 th 2018, Rohtas Dist.
Committee of CPI (ML) has
organised the Naxalbari Day
Programme at Bengali Club in Tihri
block. More than 1000 people from
different parts of the district have
congregated in a meeting. Com.
Subhash Yadav, Secretary of Tihri
AC of CPI (ML) has presided over
the meeting. T he speakers
included Com. Sarju Singh,
Com.Chandrama Das, Com.Sanjay
Kumar, Tileshwari Paswan and
others. In his address, Com. Ashok
Vaid, Rohtas Dist Secretary, CPI
(ML) explained how Naxalbari
