tapas and describes itself as a ‘bacaro’; this is a Venetian word to describe a
humble restaurant serving simple food and good, young, local wines. It is
popular for its inspiring food and good value. Only downside – you can’t book!

Blanchette is a French bistro serving simple, classic and inventive French food.
The concept is based on the idea of sharing small French plates with a modern
twist. Homemade terrines, oysters, cheese, whole roasted chicken and apple tart

has an overwhelming amount of ingredients, it is perfect at any time of day. There

already earned itself a Michelin star. The dining room is compact and bustling and
the food is beautifully presented, delicate and colourful. The scallops, artichokes
