last year, with positive ratings 
for quality of life in Arlington 
and for its neighborhoods as 
places to live. 
Most residents still say 
Arlington is headed in the 
right direction, though results 
for this measure are down 
significantly from a fairly 
steady historical trend. 
However, “Don’t know/No 
answer” saw the majority of 
the increase, rather than 
responses that Arlington is on 
the wrong track.
