Project Background and Objectives
• Since 2000, the City of Arlington has conducted an annual survey among city
residents to measure and track satisfaction with city services.
• This survey, which covers all major city services, is designed to provide a
good overview of citizen satisfaction and a reliable comparison of
perceptions across services.
• Information gathered from this survey will be used:
– In planning and budgeting for 2015.
– As a means to measure improvement or change in citizens’ perceptions
from previous years.
– To enable the City to continue tracking citizens’ perceptions in the
future.
