Power Water Workout A Sally Stanton Fitness Program
Our most consistent and long-standing H20 class will have you dancing , jumping and sculpting your muscles to great music . Learn how to work out properly with RoseAnn , a very experienced instructor . She will show you how to get the most out of your workout ! Come on down and try a class and see for yourself ! Adults Only When : Jun 20 , 28 , Jul 18 & Aug 1 Time : 7-9pm Cost : Adults 18 +: $ 4
Seniors 50 +: $ 3 The lights will be turned down ; soothing music will be turned on in the evening to set a calming scene during adult lap swim . Come and cool off and relax at the pool at the end of a hot summer day .
