Swim Lesson Cancellation Policy:
1. All withdrawal requests must be made at least 5 days before the first
day of class/session and are subject to a $5 processing fee.
2. Withdrawal requests received less than 5 days prior will be processed
for 50% of the class fees.
3. Illness: A doctor’s note is required. Attended classes will be prorated.
4. Severe weather: In the event the City of Laguna Niguel has to close
the pool for the safety of the patrons, the City will only give a credit
for the class which was canceled.
5. No make-up lessons.
