Youth Marksmanship Training
This training offers opportunities for youth who are interested in shooting sports . Participants have the opportunity to learn gun safety , participate in target shooting , learn a new discipline or hone their skills . Students will learn to safely handle and shoot a bolt action single shot 22LR rifle . A rocker and patch are awarded for each level of advancement . Participation certificate , advancement patches , and rockers , firearms , ammunition , handouts , and safety information is included .

Summer Sports FUN !
Take the Play 60 Challenge and get active at the Summer Sports Fun program ! Games and various sports equipment are available for checkout , and each day recreation leaders organize a fun sports activity . Parents MUST register participants with Recreation Staff .
This is a drop-in program ; children are free to come and go from the site .
