Notice of Closure/Construction
As part of the construction of the new Crown Valley Park Community
Building Tier III Improvements Project, the Crown Valley Park Aquatic
facility is being renovated and will be closed from August 13,
2018 through late Spring 2019. Renovations include: removal and
replacements of the lap pool deck, fencing, drainage, control valves;
replacement of stairs in the lap pool; installation of new lifts at the fit
pool and spa; re-plaster of the lap pool, fit pool and spa; and other deck
and operational improvements.
In addition to pool renovations, the Sprayground and Playground at
Crown Valley Park will be closed, indefinitely, during construction of the
facility and amenities.
Estimated completion of the Tier III project is Spring of 2020. Parking
will be extremely limited for the duration of the project.
Pool pass holders will be contacted with information and options
regarding their pass.
For project updates, go to CityofLagunaNiguel.org. Patrons may sign up
for the City’s “Notify Me” feature on the website to receive updates about
the pool.
