This traditional karate class is for building character as
well as improving physical conditioning. Sensei Nishimura
is a world class competitor and has over 40-years of
instructing including teaching good sportsmanship and
respect. This class improves physical fitness, balance,
and self-defense. Uniforms are available for purchase

TriFytt Sports Programs
TriFytt Sports teaches the fundamentals of sports in a very
basic and easy to learn approach. Learn through fun and
safe games, the benefits of sportsmanship, discipline, and
teamwork. Experienced and patient coaches will teach
children the fundamentals of some of the most popular
sports in a fun and supportive environment. Every child
will also be given a class t-shirt.
Tee Ball
This class will introduce athletes to the game of tee-
ball in a fun and safe environment while learning
the basics of the game. Our tee-ball curriculum is
designed for kids to have fun with friends and coaches
while fine tuning their motor and socialization skills.

Sailing Day Camps – NEW!
Join Westwind for an adventure in boating! Activities may
include: rowing, paddling, boating safety, sailing, Harbor
Patrol Safety demo, STEM projects, crafts, and knot tying.
Each camp is catered to different age groups and includes
a T-shirt for each camper. For more information, contact

be ‘water safe’ and are required to bring a lunch, towel,
sunscreen, and swimsuit daily.
