Dance Classes
Classes will introduce the basic forms of studio dance and terminology with lots of encouragement and fun ! Dancers learn various structured dance objectives through the OC Dance progression plan , complete with handout for parents and children to track their accomplishments . All Non-Parent & Me classes learn a dance routine to perform on last day of class . Each session consists of new dance routines and themes . Parent & Me Princess Ballet & Play Featuring “ Beauty and the Beast ”
Come dance to songs and imagery from our favorite winter princesses while we warm up in spring in this session of Princess Ballet . The perfect introduction to dance paired with the fantasy and fun of being a little princess . Dancers will learn the fundamentals of ballet and creative movement while engaging in activities that enhance rhythm , balance and motor skills and more . Children use props , dress in colorful tutus , have fairytale story time , dance to Frozen and other princess songs and make crafts . Preschool Ballet & Tap Dance
Children will learn the fundamentals of dance and movement ( ballet , tap and creative movement ) while working with shape and number recognition . Class also focuses on following direction , rhythm , balance , coordination , and confidence . A perfect mix of fun , dance & kinder-readiness ! Tap and ballet shoes required . Beginning Hip Hop
Dancers train in the fundamentals of hip-hop and jazz while creating awareness for personal technique and emphasis on coordination , rhythm , creativity , and fun . Class promotes strength and flexibility training and dancers may learn some breakdancing basics . Appropriate for those new to hip-hop or with little dance experience . Sneakers required . Optional Recital in June for those enrolled in both Winter & Spring . ( 10 weeks )

All-In-One Dance
Fundamentals of ballet , jazz , and hip-hop , along with discipline , rhythm , musicality , and coordination for all-around foundation for dance . Class includes barre work , center floor , across the floor , vocabulary , technique and dance routines . Dance shoes or sneakers required . Princess Ballet Featuring “ Beauty and the Beast ”
Enter a world of imagination and magic from these movies , new and old . This class teaches the basics of ballet and dance through terminology and imagery . Dancers learn ballet fundamentals and terminology , hear “ Beauty and the Beast ” stories , dress in princess tutus while using their “ magic wands .” Ballet Shoes required . Children are introduced to the fun and exciting world of musical theater . They learn how to create characters , learn about articulation , projection , rhythm and working with their peers .
