Music Makers – Toddlers
Toddler/adult learn songs, dances and musical activities
that focus on singing and keeping a beat to enhance
timing, coordination, listening and language skills. A
variety of percussion instruments, puppets and colorful
props are used. Parent participation required. (8 weeks)

Solo singing is encouraged to develop listening, pitch-
matching, and language skills. Concepts such as high and
low, soft and loud, up and down are taught in a game-like
atmosphere. Puppets, felts and props add to the special

Music Makers – Primary Advanced
Mastery in recorder is the primary goal for this class.
Not only are the students musically literate and
knowledgeable, most will be ready to pursue or continue
playing instruments, such as piano, violin, or other wind

Voice Lessons for the Developing Singer
This class is designed to develop the child’s singing
voice, teaching them how to sing naturally, without
damaging their vocal chords. Pitch matching, singing in
tune, proper vocal technique and projection, solo and
group singing, games and note reading will be covered.
Instruction and repertoire is age appropriate. Singers
will perform in December at Sawdust Festival’s “Winter
Fantasy” in Laguna Beach. (8 weeks)
