CUSTOMER SERVICE MOVING TOWARD PAPERLESS The City Clerk’s Office made their processes easier for residents in 2018 by: • Moving toward paperless agendas and meeting packets, saving countless reams of paper. • Streamlining the form used to request a new street light. • Revising the application form for those seeking to serve on a City Board or Committee. • Creating new, fillable PDF forms which can be submitted and databased in spreadsheets for easy retrieval.
