Starting in June 2017, quarterly reports describing progress in achieving the objectives have
been provided to the Council. The Fiscal Year 17/18 budget process was constructed to
implement the priorities established in the adopted Strategic Plan and included departmental
performance measures tied to the plan. Residents can find the entire Strategic Plan, a progress
report for each quarter and much more information about its goals and objectives and the ways
it is being implemented, on the City’s website.
City Council members worked with staff to make short videos about how they put this “strategy
into action,” all of which can be viewed on the City’s website as well.
