With T’nalak fabric bought at the Tiboli tribe, Lake Cebu, Philippines. 24" × 24" | Mixed media on canvas The Art of Agustina Diez Sierra Amazed by the Tiboli tribe, located in Lake Cebu, Philippines and hearing that the only way they can weave is if they dream, this stunning artwork is unique with special meaning and character. Following a meeting with Lang Dulay, a national living treasure, Dulay is the oldest and one of the last Dreamweavers left in the tribe. She is passing on tradition to her granddaughter, so that their gift of art continues to live on for future generations. “Art to me is the power to let go and create bridges that connects moments and feelings. It is the freedom to merge various art forms from every culture I visit. It is being constantly open to new ways of understanding and interpreting,” says Agustina Diez Sierra. 38  THE HUESTUDIO + COMPANY  CIRCLING OUR WORLD WITH COLORS ™
