It’s that time of year again, where textbooks are re-opened and rivalries are revisited! Now that classes are beginning again, it’s time to think about what kind of
leadership we can foster in our club officers and members this year. And what
better way to get started than a weekend long retreat of service, leadership, and
fellowship with other clubs around the Florida District? Join us for the first district
event of the year, Leadership Training Conference (LTC) October 14th-16th at Camp
Kiwanis in Ocala, FL for a weekend packed with food, friends, fun, and a free tshirt! Registration for club executive officers and district board members will open
Tuesday, September 6th and registration for committee chairs and general members will open Saturday, September 17th. Registration and the chance to get a free
t-shirt will close for everyone on Tuesday, September 27th, however late registration will continue up until all spots are filled! The entire cost for the weekend will
be $50. Team leader applications are now open to all members! Prior LTC attendance is not required to become a team leader, but it is definitely beneficial. If you
