here is nothing quite like an intimate, midsummer music festival in the Green Mountain state.
Especially one that is spearheaded by
popular Vermont musician Bow Thayer during the
release of his newest album.
Tweed River Music Festival began in 2008 when
the festival’s original location was in Stockbridge,
VT. After a short lived break in 2014, Tweed River made a return this year to Waitsfield, VT in the
Mad River Valley, from July 31 to August 2, hosting
a lineup of local and national acts.
Within minutes of arriving at the camping
grounds, the excitement and appreciation for the
festival’s return from prior attendees was appar-
