When you are sick, keep your distance to protect others  Stay home if you are sick to help prevent others from catching your illness  Cover your mouth and nose by coughing and sneezing in your sleeve or use a tissue  Clean your hands often with warm soapy water for 20 to 30 seconds, or use hand sanitizer  Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth; germs are often spread when someone touches a contaminated item then their eyes, nose, or mouth.  Practice other good health habits by getting plenty of sleep, drinking plenty of fluids, and eating healthy Posters and handouts on flu prevention and hand-washing are available from Church Partnerships. Contact Candice to order. Care for the flock that God has entrusted to you. Watch over it willingly, not grudgingly—not for what you will get out of it, but because you are eager to serve God. Don’t lord it over the people assigned to your care, but lead them by your own good example. And when the Great Shepherd appears, you will receive a crown of never-ending glory and honor. 1 Peter 5:2-4 (NLT)
