• Books: Fiction and non-fiction, children’s books, books for young adults, CDs, DVDs and books on tape are all welcome. (Please do not bring encyclopedias, textbooks or VHS tapes).

• Silent Auction: Last, but not least, we will once again be holding our famous Silent Auction. Think items with a value of $50 or more. Think “service”… computer lessons, cooking classes, craft classes, home and property services, etc. Think tickets to a show, weekend retreat, etc.

• Cans for Cookies! Always looking for those red and green coffee cans- particularly medium sized cans.

Dropping off your donations:

• Please bring jewelry to the church office, and books to the book nook room in the lower level.

• All other Christmas Fair items should be placed on the cart by the Williams Street entrance. If you have an item that requires help with transport please give us a call!

Upcoming Meetings:

• Due to the Columbus Day holiday our next Christmas Fair meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 10. We will meet again on Monday, October 23. Both meetings are scheduled for 10:15 am in the Women’s Benevolent Room. The meetings will focus on logistics, organization, resources, and schedule.
