Nursing Bags for Haitian Students

An Alternative Christmas Gift

We are pleased to offer the opportunity to give a nursing kit to a student nurse at the Karen School of Nursing at CONASPEH in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Each bag will contain a blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, nurse’s watch, digital thermometer, penlight, and bandage scissors. Bags will be personally delivered by Dr. Mark

Pohlman and Mary Friedman who will be going to Haiti in December. The cost of a bag is $50. Checks may be made payable to First Church of Christ, Longmeadow with “Nursing Bag for Haiti” in the memo line. When you purchase a kit, you will receive a note to send to your friend or family member in whose honor you are donating the bag. Please see Mary Friedman (567-7153) or [email protected]
