The Memorial Garden was established in 1998 to be a special place for members to inter the ashes of loved ones.

The mission of the garden is to be a living, perpetual memorial to our Lord and to all those buried in it — a permanent place offering a link with the past and providing a sense of continuity for family and friends. Nature marks each grave by the green of spring, the flowers of summer, the gold of autumn, and the white blanket of winter.

The Memorial Garden has recently been carefully refurbished. Many of the shrubs had outgrown their space, having suffered as a result of too much or not enough sun or had been trimmed to the bone. A loving group of volunteers (with some paid help) has completed the job and the garden is looking better than ever.

Join us on Sunday, August 19 during our outdoor worship service when we will rededicate the Garden. We will share a time to remember those friend and families who have interned their ashes in this peaceful place,

We invite you to think about your personal use of the garden to consider making a contribution to help with up keep.
