Christmas Sing-along and Holiday Pageant
Saturday, December 16, 1:30 – 2:30 pm
The Family Ministries Team invites you to join Pastor Marisa, Ms. Carolyn, Marilyn Paul-Lewis and First Church families for an intergenerational Christmas visit to retired friends at Glenmeadow Retirement Community, 24 Tabor Crossing in Longmeadow.
We'll join the residents in singing Christmas carols, making of holiday crafts they can keep, and doing an instant Christmas Pageant, where all of us get to be in the story! No rehearsal necessary — just good will and a joyous spirit. All ages welcome. Cider, cookies and other treats will be provided.

Intergenerational Advent Program & Potluck
The journey of Joseph and Mary will be the focus of our Intergenerational Advent event after worship on Sunday, December 17. Our children will make Christmas crafts; adults will talk about the journey of the holy family to Bethlehem and the journey of our own ancestors who journeyed in search of a new life. How was your family’s journey similar to Mary and Joseph’s? How was it different?
We will then share a potluck lunch and sing a few carols. Please bring a dish to share.
