Pastor Marisa and Rabbi Amy Katz are going to hold two sessions for both faith communities to respond and share about this. The sessions will be called: Deep Listening/Reflecting Together. Save the dates: Saturday, December 9, 12:30 pm at Tempel Beth-El and Sunday, December 10, 11:30 am at First Church.

Wilbraham Community Chorus Concert

Sunday, December 10 at 3:00 pm

The 100 voice Wilbraham Communty chorus is conducted by local choirmaster Ray Drury, and accompanied by well-known pianist/organist Marcia Jackson. Both Drury and Jackson are retired faculty members of the

Hampden/Wilbraham Regional School District.

The choir has prepared a varied and intriguing program representing many different styles and eras, including music of Haydn, Tchaikovsky, Wilhousky, Rutter, and contemporary Norwegian composer Kim Andre’ Arneson. Choral anthems, folk songs, pop tunes, and seasonal music will round out the program.

The concert is free and open to the public. A free-will collection will be taken to defray expenses. Each concert is partially supported by both the Longmeadow and Wilbraham Arts Councils.
