From the Caribbean to the world; Jesus Christ is Lord!
Located in the Caribbean on an 133 square miles island called St. Vincent, is a young couple who proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord.
Delano Glasgow at the age of 25 married Vennola Walters-Glasgow when she was 23 years old. These two are not exempted from the usual challenges that young adults face today. Their story of how they arrive to where they are today resulted from their choice to honor God. Today, they are the driving force behind Chronicles Christian Network which includes Chronicles101. Since February is celebrated as the month of love, let’s take a small peep into their life story.
Full of youth and ambition, these two smile as they praise God for each success and defeat as 1st Thessalonians 4:17 says, they strive to give thanks. Delano was a young business man when he met Vennola and immediately got the desire to pursue her heart.
This was accomplished by overcoming many challenges. This couple met in St. Vincent then Delano migrated two weeks later to the island of Anguilla. This was the beginning of the many challenges for it demanded time, energy and huge sacrifices.
For months, they only communicated via phone. This young business man also an active praise and worship dancer was studying dance while he dated the love of his life. Vennola was in St. Vincent as a teacher and pursuing studies in education. She was actively birthing Chronicles Christian Network simultaneously. So one can begin to comprehend the challenges surrounding pursuing studies and working while building a relationship with someone in another country.
