A PLAY ON THE SPANISH
TRANSITION TO DEMOCRACY
This time, it was the turn of the students of 1 st grade of ESO. They were in charge of performing as
professional actors, as if they were part of a theatre company. They played three children who asked
their grandparents to tell them about the difficult life they lived during the Spanish dictatorship and
how everything changed in 1975, when Franco, the dictator, died.
They had a good time playing those characters and learning a lot about their own history and a period
which meant the beginning of a new era in Spain.
TEACHERS’ MEETING IN PORTUGAL
The CPR San José (Pontedeume) has finished this experience with a last mobility that took place in
Paços de Ferreira. For this, three teachers travelled to the Portuguese city to take part in the closing
events. As in previous occasions, they visited the Portuguese school, where they learnt the different
methodologies used in the classrooms. In addition, they visited some historical points of interest in
the region and participated in a series of motivating workshops.
