The hardest time of my life was we had moved to a new house. Leaving my old life behind was one of the greatest things that happened to me. However when I was 17 years old, after getting raped a month earlier, I found out I was pregnant. Sadly I only found out I was pregnant because I was miscarrying. From the time I was 14 I became depressed, I had tried to commit suicide on numerous occasions. It wasn't until December of 2015, when I discovered a group called Housegroup. During the past year, my life has changed dramatically. I have real friends who don't judge me based on my past. I've experienced God's love, and I've experienced healing from the past.
i've learned that God is the I am, NOT the I was, he's still working in our lives, even when we don't feel him
God has healing for you, no matter how "broken" you think you are, my testimony is a perfect example of that!
January 2016 was when i accepted Christ as my savior. Within the past year so many miraculous things have happened to me. One of the greatest things I think however was finding beauty in myself, finally beginning to see myself how God sees me. Finally beginning to understand his love for me
