Customers are also more aware about what they are putting on their skin and hair these days and are looking for as natural as possible skin care but are also very price conscious. I believe Organic skin / hair care is on the rise and will continue to grow. Herbal Teas are our most popular items. Our customers like the idea of being able to have an enjoyable cuppa that is also healthy for them.. Our great range of alternate flours and cooking products and sweetener options are also popular. Anything regarding gut health and in particular Sourdough breads have become increasingly popular as has Kefir yoghurt. I think Gut Health is going to continue to be the main focus as people learn how they can make a difference by incorporating natural foods, fermented foods and prebiotic fibre into their diet. Every day I learn something new, I discover new products and find alternative options. My staff and I get to assist customers to find what they are looking for and help them discover the path to a healthier lifestyle. In the future I think we will see more people seeking organically grown foods and products and setting the trends toward a plastic and waste free world. Healthy eating cafes will I think become an integral part of the health business as well as Naturopathic services to keep the customer coming in store. Every day is exciting, meeting new and different people, helping people, and changing lives in some cases. I love the fact that I am working with an amazing team of people.
