What happens when you are closed?
When we are closed your tenant is able to call on the services of our appointed out of hours
emergency contractor by contacting our office line and following the instructions.
In some cases tenants are provided with the property managers direct mobile number
when deemed appropriate by Choice Rentals.
We attend to maintenance requested on an individual basis and understand the
difference between emergency, non emergency, essential and non essential
maintenance or repair issues.
Depending on your situation and the level of involvement you have asked for we handle
all of the enquiry from start to finish to minimise any inconvenience to yourself.

When something breaks down what happens?
Your tenant isasked to check for obviousproblemssuch as operator error or a blown fuse/
tripped Residual Circuit Breaker ( RCB). Your property manager is experienced in
telephone diagnosis. There is no cost for this.
If we are as satisfied as we can be that a genuine problem exists, an approved contractor
Is despatched to establish what the problem is, hopefully repairing it there and then. Where
this isnot possible and a more extensive repair or replacement is required, we will usually
contact you for your instructions.
