Where is your favourite place to paint?
My favourite place to paint is in my house, or back yard, when the
weather permits.I have two sides north-south with huge windows
– very high ceilings and I settle usually next to the south side
window. The light in any season there is amazing. Also even being
inside, the windows are enough big, to give the impression of
being outside amongst nature.
Montreal is such an inspiring City, what is your favourite part
of living there?I love Montreal!
I feel like it offers all possibilities- so many activities, art, and
festivals all summer long, amazing people and depending on where
you live exactly, we are so close to nature. I need to just walk few
minutes from my home and find myself in wild nature. I love all
those sides of Montreal.I also have learned how to love winter here.
Its magical in the winter too, if we have the eyes for appreciation
and beauty!
Which artists do you draw inspiration from?
I wouldn’t say a specific artist, but more visual effects from colours
and forms in different environments.
What is your ultimate goal as an artist?
My ultimate goal as an artist and human being is to give to this
world all I have.I feel that by giving and loving we can create a
better and even more beautiful world.
