The Hamilton Princess & Beach Club
The Hamilton Princess & Beach Club overlooks the
extraordinary blue waters of the Hamilton Harbour
in Bermuda and is appropriately nicknamed “The
Pink Palace”. The Hamilton Princess is every bit a
luxury urban resort, with a stunning infinity pool
and Bermuda’s only open-air dining experience,
which is on the marina. Chef Marcus Sam elsson’s
signature restaurant, Marcus’, is named for the Ethiopian-born, Swedish-raised chef whose dishes are
internationally acclaimed. It is at Marcus’, Bermuda,
where we enjoyed five courses crafted by Executive
Chef Leonardo Marino, with Hamilton Harbour as
our spectacular backdrop.
