The vast majority of the grapes they choose come from vineyards located within Castilla La Mancha . Our winemakers have found the combination between the intense sunny summers and freezing cold winters ( by Spanish standards- I mean the grapes need to still survive !) to be the winning combination for the fruit they are looking for .
