A unique breed, the New York City
girl has that effortless air of coolerthan-thou. Black is a wardrobe staple,
preferably leather. She’s cool, classy,
and surprisingly never cliché. And
that’s who Piron, a Toronto
native, designed her Fall/
Winter collection for, the New
York girl, the one who loves a
good plunging neckline and
would sell her soul for a leather
skirt. Piron also channeled
the essence of the New York
stereotypes, like the Upper East
side girl – crew necklines and
delicate embroidery perfectly
emulated the prim people who
brunch on 5th Avenue.
