Music is one of the most amazing ways to experience the world!
Creating a world where everyone plays is the goal at Revolution Music
School! They offer music lessons to students of any age. It is never too
late to learn an instrument! They are currently offering instruction in
piano, preschool piano, guitar, bass, flute, violin, clarinet, voice and
harp. Lessons are given all year and enrollment is always open.
This summer Revolution Music has teamed up with and is offering
several camps through the St. John Park District. They are offering a
guitar camp, a piano workshop, and a preschool piano camp. You can

your child a glimpse of an instrument that they may be interested in
before they start lessons.
Everyone on staff at Revolution Music School is passionate about
music and is dedicated to making learning fun! The teachers are excited
about sharing their knowledge with students! Revolution Music has
created an environment that allows students to be self-expressive and
creative while learning the fundamentals of music education. Students
are exposed to all genres of music including jazz and blues, classical,
and contemporary. For certain instruments, group lessons are offered
in addition to private lessons. Learning is fun with a friend!
Parents have a direct line of communication with their child’s instructor.
Parents are encouraged to ask questions and be knowledgeable about
what their child is learning. When teacher, parent and student all
work together as a team, the student becomes a successful, confident
musician! At any time, parents are welcome to sit in on a lesson.
The U.S. Department of Education lists the arts as instruction students
should take, stating "Many colleges view participation in the arts and
music as a valuable experience that broadens students' understanding
and appreciation of the world around them. It is also well known and
widely recognized that the arts contribute significantly to children's
