Grapefruit Balsamic Reduction Sauce
Ingredients:
• 1 medium to large-sized Ruby Red grapefruit
• 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions:
• Peel and cut grapefruit into two halves and use citrus sque
ezer or handle to extract all of
the juice from both halves into a small to medium sized sauc
e pan.
• Add Balsamic vinegar and brown sugar to the pan.
• Heat over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the
liquid starts to thicken slightly.
• Let cool until ready to drizzle over the Summer Salad mixt
ure.
(Do this last as your garnish.)
