Honey & Mustard Glazed Salmon
Savory Honey & Coarse Ground Mustard Glazed Salmon on a bed of Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients:
• Filet of salmon (King or Sockeye recommended)
• 1/3 cup coarse ground mustard
• 2/3 cup honey
• Lemon wedges
• Fresh dill
Instructions:
• Preheat over to 350 degrees farenheit.
• Prepare your foil boat.
• Prepare filet by lightly rinsing and gently patting dry with paper towels. Remove any pin
bones with your pin bone tweezers.
• Cut into 3” to 4” sections across the filet being careful to not cut through the salmon skin.
• Place your salmon filet into the foil boat.
• Squeeze lemon wedges over the top of the filet.
• Mix course ground mustard and honey together and pour evenly over the top of the filet.
• Bake 15 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the filet. Be careful not to over bake.
• Carefully remove a section of the salmon off of the skin with a spatula and place on a bed
of Sweet Potato Mash. Top with a sprig of fresh dill.
