What if it was the actual director? You You’re done. Not only that, everybody don’t know who it is! talks. I’ve had parents get into a fight with somebody in the parking lot and have them walk in and it’s the director or the casting director. I’ve seen that happen as well. So be nice to everybody. You really have to be a people person to be successful in this industry. You do. Or you ‘ve got to just sit back and zip your mouth. Let your kid do it. Don’t overly coach your kid. Don’t be mean. We’ve seen it all happen. How often do you see the parent actually ruin the opportunity for the kids? Everybody knows everbody, right? Everybody knows everbody. We had a parent go in and have a meeting with one manager and told her “Yeah that sounds great” and then went to go meet with another manager without telling the first manager that she wasn’t going to sign and within a few minutes later, we’re already calling going “how come you didn’t tell, I didn’t realize…” And she’s like “How did you know that?” Well, everybody knows everbody. It is a very, very small circle. And people talk. Nothing gets past anybody. And once you’re on the black list, it’s really hard to back on [the good list]. All the time. All the time. The kids that we drop or the kids that are hav- Well thank you so much and we will ing problems are because of the parent. just definitely stay in touch.
