Pilates sessions have now started on Thursday evening at Chichester Yacht Club. Janet Greenfield is leading the class and we have had some positive feedback from those of you who have taken part so far. Here are the dates of the classes….. Thursday 22nd March. Pilates Class - 6.30 - 7.30 pm. Price: £6.40 members, £8 non-members. Come and join the Pilates class. Strengthen your core, improve your posture and help support your spine and pelvis. The classes are suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. Thursday 29th March. Pilates Class - 6.30 - 7.30 pm. Price: £6.40 members, £8 non-members. Learn Pilates and have a complete body workout in a gentle way. Keep all your joints mobile and strengthen the muscles supporting them, avoiding injuries by doing so. Men & women of all ages and abilities welcome. Thursday 5th April. Pilates Class - 6.30 - 7.30 pm. Price £6.40 members £8 non-members. Learning how to breathe correctly maximises your intake of oxygen and supplies your heart, lungs, muscles, brain and whole body so that it performs at its best - even improving your taste buds!
