There is one more lawful basis which applies to personal data the club holds - albeit very briefly - and that is CCTV, where images of members and visitors are captured. The club uses this for the security of buildings, equipment etc and of course to enhance the safety and security of members and visitors and for these purposes neither contract nor consent is appropriate. regard to the personal data organisations hold on them.
