Yoga Nidra

Also known as Yogic Sleep, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that promotes deep rest and relaxation of both the mind and body in order to calm the nervous system. All you need to do is lie still and listen to the teacher as they guide you on a healing journey that will relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and improve health.
