Bootcamp with Kate
Tuesdays 7:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Sundays 8:30 am - 9:00 am
This class is a full body boot-camp style workout with agility/coordination, balance and plyometric movement intervals combined with challenging strength moves and hard core abdominal exercises to maximize metabolism and muscular endurance! Think NON-STOP movement and expect to SWEAT!
Zumba with Toni
Sundays 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
